E-Government introduces a new service

An announcement by SEDDK stated that the first phase of the “E-Government/Private Insurances” project, developed in collaboration between the Presidential Digital Transformation Office, SEDDK, and the Insurance Information and Monitoring Center, has been successfully completed.

Through this application, policyholders will be able to access policies from various insurance companies under the vehicle, health, life, and fire branches through the “Private Insurances” screen on e-Government.

ALL INSURANCES UNDER ONE ROOF

With “Private Insurances,” not only individual insurance policies but also Natural Disaster Insurance Institution (DASK) policies, Agricultural Insurance Pool (TARSİM) policies, and Individual Pension System (BES) contracts can be easily viewed. The application provides access to summary information of active and terminated policies, remaining days until renewal for policies, policy and claim details, bank and branch information for credit-linked policies, as well as contact details for the relevant call center. Additionally, users can create and track complaint records related to policies and claims on the same screen.
